Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area
We deliver within Hong Kong: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and the Outlying Islands. Checkout asks for floor / unit, building name, street, district and region. We do not offer a public mill counter for collection.
2. Dispatch
After payment is confirmed, we pick and pack the lot within 2 business days. Courier times start from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order.
3. Transit times
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and most of the New Territories: usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Outlying Islands and remote villages: usually 2 to 5 business days. These are estimates. Courier delays are emailed to the address on the docket.
4. Delivery charge
Hong Kong delivery is HK$40. Orders of HK$800 or more ship free within Hong Kong. The charge (or free delivery) is shown in the cart and at checkout. There is no extra fee on the doorstep.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email when the courier collects the parcel. Keep your order number for any mill-office query.
6. If nobody is in
The courier may try more than once. If the parcel returns to us, contact the mill office to arrange a new run. A redelivery fee may apply if the address was incomplete or wrong.
7. Damage or loss
If the wrapping arrives torn, refuse the parcel or note it on the delivery record. Photograph the damage and write to business@tiannan.shop within 48 hours. Replacement or refund follows our Returns and Exchanges page and the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26).
8. More than one piece
Items on the same docket leave together when stock allows. Rarely a volume ships separately; we tell you by email.
