Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tiannan Clothing Trade Co., Limited (“Tiannan”, “we”) handles personal data on tiannan.shop, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) and Hong Kong retail practice.

1. Personal data we collect

• Identity and contact: full name, email, phone, and the name used only for the invoice;
• Delivery: floor / unit, building name (if given), street, district and region in Hong Kong;
• Order and payment method chosen on checkout (FPS, card or bank transfer);
• Messages you send through the contact form, including subject and message text;
• Newsletter contact (email or phone) when you subscribe;
• Technical data: pages viewed, time, device type and IP address, collected automatically;
• Cart contents stored in your browser under the localStorage key tiannanCart.

2. Purposes of use

• To take and fulfil orders, issue an invoice and arrange Hong Kong delivery;
• To confirm payment and reduce fraud;
• To answer contact forms and mill-office questions;
• To send product updates and promotional notices by email or SMS/RCS, only with your consent (reply STOP to unsubscribe);
• To keep the site stable and secure.

3. PDPO data protection principles

We collect data for lawful mill-office purposes, keep it accurate so far as practicable, retain it no longer than needed for those purposes or for legal record-keeping, and take reasonable security safeguards. We do not use personal data for a new purpose without the consent required by the PDPO, unless an exemption applies.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share the minimum needed with payment providers, courier partners who deliver in Hong Kong, and public authorities when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and localStorage to remember the cart and for basic site function. You may block cookies in your browser; some features, including the docket, may then fail.

6. Retention and security

We use HTTPS and restrict staff access. We keep order and invoice records for as long as needed to complete the sale, handle returns, and meet Hong Kong record-keeping duties, then delete or anonymise them where practicable.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPO you may request access to, and correction of, personal data we hold about you. Write to business@tiannan.shop or call +85262940317. You may also complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data (PCPD) in Hong Kong. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time, including by replying STOP to SMS/RCS.
