Returns and Exchanges

This mill ticket sits beside Hong Kong retail law, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) for goods that are not of merchantable quality or not as described. It is our shop policy for unused pieces and size changes on distance sales.

1. Unused return (7 days)

You may return an unused piece within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep mill tickets attached and, where possible, use the original wrapping. Tell us through the contact form or business@tiannan.shop, with the order number.

2. Size or model exchange

Besides an unused return, we allow one size exchange per order within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock. If the size is gone, we refund the piece and the original delivery charge where it applies.

3. How to send it back

After you write, we send a return label or a Hong Kong address. Do not post a parcel without that instruction: unmarked volumes can be lost. Keep the courier receipt.

4. Return postage

For unused returns and size exchanges, return postage may be deducted or agreed in the instructions we send — except where the piece is defective, in which case Tiannan pays the return run within Hong Kong.

5. Defective goods

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault or a serious mismatch with the mill ticket, you may ask for repair, replacement or a refund as the Sale of Goods Ordinance allows. Photograph the fault and contact us within 48 hours of noticing an obvious defect.

6. What we do not take as an unused return

A piece that has been worn, washed, torn, stripped of a ticket needed for resale, or sent back after the 7-day window may be refused. Heavy perfume or smoke also keeps it off the ledger.

7. Refunds

Refunds go back through the original method: FPS, card or bank transfer, usually within 10 business days after we receive and check the piece.
