Terms of Use

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern use of tiannan.shop to browse the mill ledger and buy clothing and accessories. By placing an order or submitting a form, you confirm you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Accuracy of details

Checkout details must be true. An incorrect invoice name or address can delay the invoice or delivery. We may refuse an order that appears fraudulent or incomplete.

3. Prices and stock

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). A piece is available as shown at the moment we confirm payment. An obvious pricing error may be cancelled, with a refund of sums you paid, so far as Hong Kong law requires.

4. Orders and payment

A contract is formed when we confirm the order after payment. You may pay by Faster Payment System (FPS), Visa or Mastercard, or bank transfer. FPS is usually confirmed shortly after transfer. Cards are processed securely. Bank transfer typically takes 1 business day. Until funds clear, the order stays pending.

5. Delivery and returns

Times and charges are in the Delivery Policy. Size changes, unused returns and defective goods follow Returns and Exchanges, the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and other Hong Kong consumer rules that apply to online retail.

6. Intellectual property

The Tiannan name, site text, mill layout and photographs belong to Tiannan Clothing Trade Co., Limited or to licensors. Do not copy the site for commercial use without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attack the site, harvest other people’s data, or use the contact channel for spam. We may refuse abusive correspondence.

8. Availability

The mill ledger may go offline for maintenance. We are not responsible for your network, device or payment provider failures beyond what Hong Kong law requires.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
